Had a puncture to fix at the end of working day. Called in beforehand to check the availability, very friendly staff sorted it out in 25 min. There’s a cafeteria in the shop if you waiting longer or just popping by. Shop is clean and very professional

In June I purchased an ebike for my wife which when used on our holiday in the Lakes she was over the moon with it. When we purchased it the service was very good and professional with all questions confidently answered. We also bought a cycle rack all items of very good quality. Yesterday I decided to buy an ebike so we returned and I bought myself a Forme Curbar with many extras which were all fitted ready for me to collect later. May I say that if you want a good quality bike then this is the place to go without a doubt.

We needed a new bike for my 5yr old boy who was finding his 16" wheel bike a little cramped due to being very tall for his age, choice of bikes was great and we came away very happy with a new 24" which will give him lots of room to grow. We bought a Forme e-mountain bike from here, and was very impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the lady serving us. We were greeted as we entered the shop, and asked if there was anything in particular that we were looking for. We were shown to where the e-bikes were kept and then left alone to peruse at our leisure. When we needed help it was given promptly. My wife was offered a test ride of the bike she was interested in, which she did take up. There was no sales pressure at all during our visit. We would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase a bike or any bike accessories etc. Thank you, my wife loves her new bike. Now I think that I might need one to keep up with her 😅
