I recently purchased an MG from Caffyns Ashford and am so pleased I choose this main dealer. The sales manager that helped me is Mark Harris who was exemplary in his professional helpful knowledgeable and caring way. Nothing was too much trouble, every detail was explained. I felt well looked after and have every confidence. The car comes with a 7 year warranty which I think is generous. Every detail that was promised by Mark was completed. The car was immaculate on collection. I feel confident in the knowledge that I have taken out GAP and smart auto insurance as extras and that should I need to contact Caffyns then I can have peace of mind for any future questions. The selection of my new electric car was made straightforward by the salesman, Mark, who went through all the relevant options to get the best fit for my circumstances There was a delay in getting the new vehicle (matters outside your control) ove just over a year. Mark kept me updated on progress with regular emails; he then processed the sale once the car arrived in this country quickly and efficiently Some of the paperwork had to be reviewed and modified ,partly as I'd moved house in the meantime, and Mark sorted the nec changes to get me on the road with my excellent new MG ZS EV with which I'm delighted

Overall the service we have received from the people that work at Caffyns has been excellent. Mark Harris has helped us in every way he can and we will definitely buy from him again - both my husband and I trusted him and we built a good relationship. MG as a manufacturer I feel needs some work. The car we got wasn’t the one we actually ordered in the first place. The dates kept moving further and further back then we were told that prices would go up considerably even though we signed our contract a long time prior. Without going into too much detail the whole thing was a shambles. Saying that, we now have an MG4 and while it isn’t the one we wanted we are very happy with it and Mark did all he could to ensure we were happy, and were treated well. We definitely trust the folks that work there 😊

Picked up my new MG4 Trophy from here today. Lovely car, lots to learn. The sales and trade in process was smooth, fair and very good on delivery. Mark the salesman was a really helpful chap to deal with too and made sure I didn't just set foot into the new world of EVs as a complete novice.
