Just picked up my dream car from Lotus Sussex and the ever helpful Jonathan Bailey. This was my first experience of a Lotus so i chose Lotus Sussex and Jon, I was not disappointed. As many may know its been a long road to travel, 21 months since my deposit but over the last 6 months or so Jon and the Team at Lotus Sussex have been awesome. Jon is a Lotus enthusiast himself and was able to bring the Lotus experience alive for me. No question was too much, always responded to calls and emails and was simply brilliant, true customer satisfaction. No BS! thorough, professional, warm and enthusiastic. Just purchased a used Tesla from Lewes Lotus. Slightly disappointed that the salesman was so negative about the vehicle and really hadn’t a clue about how it worked. It would have been a much better experience if the salesman had shown some enthusiasm for the qualities of the car. When spending so much money you expect to have a positive experience. Don’t bother asking for a part exchange - the values given for our vehicles were ridiculously low. We knew we wanted to buy the car and had done our research however! Must say though full marks for Janet on reception who was very friendly and welcoming.
