I picked up my new Lotus Emira at Caffyn’s Lotus in Kent last Saturday and just have to say what a fantastic experience it was from beginning to end. Sam from the sales team couldn’t have been more helpful, from the first conversation right through to picking the car up and beyond. Sam made the pick-up itself a real event too, with my car under cover in the front of the showroom ready for the big reveal. All the way though the process he has made it feel like an enjoyable event, taking time to answer any questions and always following up if something needed checking with Lotus themselves. I can’t recommend the team at Caffyn’s highly enough, both Sam and Owen were fantastic.
