    Inconsistent service compared to other dealers. Purchased a £100k+ vehicle with no gift. Not that I need it or anything but it makes you feel wanted and welcome as a customer. There was bundles of hampers there not sure who they were reserved for but definitely not for someone buying one of their most expensive vehicles. As they don’t value my custom I definitely won’t be back here.

    Ordering, waiting for its manufacture and taking delivery of an Audi Q3 was a great experience. With so much online info available these days and being an "oldie" (i.e.75+), I must say it was easy to read and understand the car details ("several computers on wheels!") well before taking it on the first drive. It seemed familar and confidence inspiring, within just a few miles.

    Wanted to speak to someone regarding specifications as I want to switch from BMW to Audi for my company car, Philip Jackson and Ben Light had no interest in speaking to me what so ever as nothing in it for them as it was a company car they were “in meetings” absolute joke of a branch buy an Audi yes just don’t buy it from these guys!! Rude and unprofessional.

    I'd bought previous A4s from London Dealerships, and despite loving the cars, buying one was a rather cold, mechanical experience, to the point where I was starting to look at buying my next one online. Thank God I didn't, as Eastbourne Audi were phenomenal...never had customer service at that high level before. Quite exceptional.

    Purchased Audi Q7 for £85k Nov 2022. Day after delivery car intermittently won't start. Garage wanted us to record when this happened with dashboard images. Did so even though this was time consuming. They then asked us to bring the car in and they had it for a week and couldn't find the problem despite computer recording 81 faults which they later said was not connected! This fault happens every week randomly and we seriously regret buying from this garage and buying AUDI. You cannot jump in the car and rely on it starting! They want us to deliver the car to them again with 30 minute journey there and back and won't collect it and give us like for like until fixed. Always bought BMW X5 before and seriously regret not doing so again. Anytime BMW needed a service etc BMW collected the car with a similar replacement. SHOCKING SERVICE from CAFFYNS AND AUDI - Seems like we are supposed to tolerate the issue - latest update is it will be 2 weeks before they can look at this problem again and we are stuck with a car that cost £85k that won't reliably start each time. It's not fit for purpose and we've now tolerated this for nearly 4 months. I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE AGAIN

    Purchased an Audi Q3 late last year. Whilst the service was fine, when my duaghter asked for an umbrella, she was told that they would send one out to her. Several months later, nothing has come. Quite a dissappointing experience, considering they have sent numerous emails confirming they will send, but then never bother too. Whilst its only a small point, to promise a kid, and then not deliver is poor customer service in my opinion.
