Has to be one of the worst venues in Birmingham. Staff are ridiculously rude, demanding and clearly only want your money. Service is awful. Makes the environment very intimidating Food was also disgusting. Pizza was undercooked and tasted awful. Do not visit this establishment it is awful.

OMG,what can I say only the food was absolutely awesome I had the beef stroganoff it was soooo much tender in a tasty sauce,but even better still was the gigantic lemon & white chocolate cheesecake never tasted anything so wonderful,will definitely be going back set us up for the theatre thank you

We had an excellent service yesterday afternoon at Caffe Di Milano. We got served by a beautiful lady, which was quite pleasant and continuously smiling every time she helped us. Her name is Aparna, and when asked about her background, she kindly replied to us, explaining her roots. We or I definitely will repeat the experience. We give a service mark of 4 stars due to Aparna's service. However, we would appreciate the restaurant would be more confinement with specific customers due to their service policy. It is kind of uncomfortable to be reaching your wallet every time you order, and perhaps this could lead to customers stopping ordering and moving to other restaurants. We would appreciate the opportunity to consume drinks and food as much as we want to spend our time in the lovely establishment and pay the total bill simultaneously. The restaurant looked lovely, and every staff seemed polite and smiling. Stunning restaurant layout. If people read this review, I will recommend visiting the restaurant.

What a gem! We’ve not been for a couple of years but the Theatre menu was perfect, our waiters were charming and polite and the food was amazing. Bruschetta, Risotto and Tiramisu was perfect !! Vegetarian options: Porcini risotto was Bella!!
