The service the food the atmosphere here has all taken a massive nose dive into the pits of hell....the armpits of hell. Iced mocho? No ice in mocha...it's a Luke warm pizz take at best. Cakes? Wouldn't feed them to the ducks. It takes forever to get your order delivered and when it arrives, the order is all wrong, incomplete and drinks and food not made up right. It is a joke. This cafe concerto needs to be avoided at all costs. Completely incompetent staff. Can't see this branch lasting too long here.

I have a customer of Cafe Concerto for many years but this experience here was the worst. The food did not taste great and the waiters were very rude. I will never go to this restaurant again.

Delightful atmosphere and dining. We are travelers and enjoyed our breakfast here and will keep it on our list should we return to that part of London.

Everything was quite expensive. No way would I pay £13 for a small salad, let alone the prices for other dishes. Had an ordinary vegetable carrot soup for £9 and it was the cheapest dish I could find. It was just fine-what can be said about it, just a carrot squashed in a mixer. Pleasant bright interiors although more like targeted on women as evident by the pink theme. Customer service was good.
