The service was very slow, it wasn't busy and it took 10 minutes for them to ask what drinks we'd like, they never checked in to see how the food was, the coffe cup I had broke, they replaced it but took another 10mins for the second coffee to arrive. The toilets were not clean and the hand dryer broken. We had to ask for the bill twice. The staff were polite though, just slow.

I've been there with some friends, but we left after some minutes without eating anything. One of the waiters was cery sympathetic with us, the menu looked delicious (although the prices weren't attractive). But one of my friends saw a mouse below a fourniture. When we said to a waiter, another gave a smile (mayve because he hasn't seen the mouse before, don't know), while the one who we were talking to was saying we were lying. Awful!
