No response from Account Manager or the Engineering dept to fix our 18month old coffee machine. Main desk who answer the phone lines are top drawer and it's embarrassing for them that they are so badly let down by the rest of team. I have another 18months left on the machine, I won't be renewing with this company! I purposely chose a local company so we'd have good service...

customer service is very bad. Using Negative Language and cut the call many times. we ordered raw material for coffee machine and waiting for more than a week, but their pontypridd office is 7 minutes distance from us. think twice and twice before ordering stuff or putting any contract with them.
