Lovely place with friendly staff. Food reasonably priced and varied. A favourite for scones! A must try when in the west end.

The food was amazing my friends and i had some soup and sandwiches they were super tasty and fresh. The fillings were unusual but delicious and the salad dressing really lovely . The server was delightful who couldn't do enough for us ,even, when my walking stick fell down the stairs. I will definitely be back very soon.

Lovely staff. I had their scone and my daughter had the hot chocolate. Loved both and especially the fact that the scones are made fresh on-site. Gives you that warm and fuzzy home feeling. We'll definitely be going back.

This is a lovely place with wonderful staff. I popped in for lunch has the soup a coffee and a pastry. The server was very attentive and keen to know that I was well looked after. The soup - leek and potato was divine. the baclava was one of the best. Lovely coffee. I will be back. Nice customers. Thank you guys.

Staff member was completely unwelcoming and rude. Went in to get some coffee and something to eat but didn't even get the chance to try anything as initial service set the poor standard. The waitress literally grunted and scowled at me for daring to ask if downstairs had more seats and was equally rude when I apologised for not realising down stairs was staff only. I hadn't been there before so didn't know the layout. She then snapped at me again when I went to sit at a table that was apparently taken although nobody was sitting at it. She made no effort to direct me to a free table or even explain that they didn't have any available. They can't seem to get basic customer service in place. I would avoid and visit somewhere more welcoming on Byers Road because this place is awful.
