Had a spot of lunch today with my mother in law and grandma aged 94.. she ordered a steak and onion muffin , when it arrived it was covered in gravy with a side salad. To say the least she was disappointed and my mother in law asked for it to b changed to what she had ordered, the lady in the till was rude and refused epithet a replacement meal or a refund, expecting her buy another meal. This is not acceptable as gravy was not asked for . Don’t really think many people would want gravy and salad. Further more the lady serving needs to treat all customers with respect and not just assume they want gravy !!! I would like to add to your reply …. I did not at any time order gravy! Why would I when I’m fully aware that grandma doesn’t have gravy! In future you’d be well advised to serve what is ordered and learn some very simple manners of which you are indeed lacking… In dealing with customers by way of shouting and further more placing a pathetic reply on here…. Own your own faults and expect the customer is always right and In This case most definitely. Rude and very unskilled person! A simple refund would have been enough and resulted in a happy 94 year old lady, instead she was very upset at no lunch and no refund both of which she could ill afford… I hope you are happy now. And just for the record all the other staff are lovely!

Best cafe in Middleton Arndale Centre, always willing to do something off menu for you and always popular, which says a lot👍 Vegetarian options: Vegan and veggie options are available on the menu Kid-friendliness: Kids can sit or run around close to the seating area Parking: Access directly from top floor of the Arndale Centre Wheelchair accessibility: Staff are happy to move tables and chairs around so as to allow wheelchair access....no steps, and a lift is available to the other floors of the shopping centre 👍
