Where do I start with this place? Bad food? Not really. Bad service? Yes. Overpriced? Yes. The owner of this restaurant does not care whether you like the food or not as you have to pay before you get anything. I've been to the restaurant on every visit I make to Westfield Stratford, and this is the last one. Made a complaint about the king prawn dish we always have and the answer was that they don't care as we ate half of the plate. Some of the prawns were shelled and some not. My wife had an issue with the shells so I asked the waiter why the king prawns were served that way. He said it was to do with the supplier... 😕 Asked to speak to the owner, he walked past saying that he doesn't have the time to talk.. 🤔 There you have it. Oh, forgot to tell you about the food, it was too salty this time round but normally is OK.

Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Thanks Darwish for cooking up a great feast and Najib for being super attentive. Really warming and perfectly spiced fish curry. Very filling. My boyfriend and dad got the prawn Laksa which they both enjoyed.

Nice little spot tucked away on the ground floor where it was surprisingly quiet. We had: •Nasi Lemak Beef Rendang - £12-13, signature dish. Beef was nice and soft. •Nasi Lemak Fried Chicken - £12-13, decent in flavour but a little dry. Not as good as the beef. The service was fantastic. Everyone is friendly and cheery.

The atmosphere was amazing and cheerful. I felt very welcomed by Danish and the Roti Canai made by Ashman was incredible. I wasn't expecting this in a westfield mall but honestly best food I've ever had

The service by the lady (owner I believe) was really nice. I ordered the Char Kway Teow and as I was really hungry I ordered the Chicken satay as well. The Satay had good flavour but wish it came with more sauce and also, I think they deep fried their satays which was a little disappointing. I was really looking forward to the char kway teow and when it arrived I knew it will be bad and I was right - the whole dish was shoggy and the flavour was unpleasant - really wasn't nice to eat. But I was really hungry so I finished it (also because I hate wasting food). I paid in total just over £20 for lunch (including one drink) and was left really disappointed and dissatisfied, albeit not hungry.
