0 Star - for the obscenity language used by the owner Waited a whole hour for a few milkshakes, wish I had read reviews before ordering. Update: the lady called me and started raising her voice at me , because I left a review, last words were “bullsh*t” and hung up , zero professionalism, narcissistic, i would definitely advice avoiding these guys or you will have issues. AVOID LIKE COVID. Very narcissistic owner, requires professional customer service training, did not expect her to use abusive language, I hope children and families dont witness her behaviour, absolutely disgusting.

Ordered a delivery and not only did I not have any communication at all from the cafe about the order, but when I called they told me there was a half hour delay. I wanted half an hour and I still didn’t get my order only this time they also hung up the phone when I rang and it hasn’t been ringing since. I don’t think my order even left the cafe. Waited an hour and a half total and now having to order elsewhere
