(Upd 3 stars max the place has gone back to the way it was before lockdown, too many issues need addressing an improvements needed. Its now overbearing, very Claustrophobic at most times very unclean tables an toliets u have to clean yourself before use no personal space anymore tables aren't equipped an ready for u ie no chairs or sugar an when u ask politey its seemed an taken as a nonsense when it should be there. Personal client friends getting vip treatment above regular local customers is very much unprofessional I've only given them a 3 as account fault the staff individually or the owner as they are wonderful they're being let down by the general public who are disrespecting the use of the premises which is making things properly a lot more difficult than to manage I have put some ideas across I suggest they may be looking to seeing if they can work away around them i.e making tables of two and three and maybe put in a requested sign up stating no tables are to be messed around or moved with only on the request large tables can be made to make their life easier and make costumers already sitting feel less Claustrophobic as they can be made up properly guving personal space. Also maybe put some sign posts up on the toilet doors to keep toilets clean after use please as they are completely disrespected in the most dirtiest Manor. I know they can improve an be better if they choose to an feel every one a chance to put things correct to continue getting local business I don't normally have comfort so I need from this place but it's been going on for very long now where I've overlooked the issues and it's become a problem personally for me hoping fingers crossed this may change things as I will have to continue my costume some where else (Update) Over 5 stars 🌟 if I could so lovely and cute welcoming my birthday by adding a special sparkle to my day. (Old) Most calming relaxing place your find in watford town for anything food, drink, catching up on study work which is rare , it does get busy but that's good and shoes how the staff are lovely kind and most helpful. its a good place to be if you ever feel anywhere lacks mindfulness to disabilities or hided mental illness as this place tops them all 100% the service is extremely good x ( and know not a fake review I'm a regular costumer it helps me with my aneixty an other things so I encourage those who feels they need a place to relax to come along your missing out)
