I would never use these people again. They and Oxford stone and marble fitted a large worksurface in our kitchen. It subsequently developed an enormous crack. They tested it and said it was nothing to do with heat. Hence it was either poor installation or a faulty product.. However several years on and numerous efforts to get the two companies between them to at least pay some compensation they have both flatly refused. Leaving us with either having to take legal action, pay probably around £10,000 to have the whole worksurface replaced or live with an enormous crack. I wouldn’t ever recommend them to anybody. I recently bought worktops for a run and waterfall Island in sw19. The product is faulty so they sent out a representative. They confirmed it was very poor quality, but the customer service team have not got back to me since with a solution. I've been waiting 2 months.
