/!\ huge variations in colour between laminate wood floor tiles displayed in shop and tiles received Hello everyone, I ordered CAESAR Fabula Theca to renovate my flat after having fallen in love with the tiles displayed in the shop (with beautiful golden tones). Unfortunately, when I received the tiles, I was extremely disappointed with the colour of the tiles. I received brown tiles, totally different from the colour seen in the shop, which had golden tones. Here is the reply from CAESAR "We have proceeded with the test to check conformity: at a height of 1.5m in a context of diffused light with a suitable instrument called "plucometro" we check if the material has any defects. The FABULA THECA material, grade AM7, has no defects. As mentioned in the catalogue (see PJ bottom right) "the tones of the samples are purely indicative". Caesar in the various productions, tries to get as close as possible to the basic tones but the ceramic process provides for firing at very high temperatures which can bring small variations in shade." Having paid the price for high end tiles and as this problem caused major delays on my site I requested financial compensation which was refused. CAESAR considers that it is compliant and that the colours are the same. Do you find that the colour is the same between the two tiles (with photo)?
