Insurance work given to Cadman by Trinity Claims in Sept, who outsourced the job to Inside & Out Renovations, without telling us. Although promised by the latter that bathroom work would be completed by Christmas, this is now very doubtful. We are 5 months without our bathroom, with precisely no work having been carried out, and little or no customer consideration from either Cadman or I&O. If I had known how poor this whole process has been handled, I would have chosen another builder myself!!
