Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Almost impossible to get hold of, they lie about everything, and they don't care about their customers because "people will always buy houses". Save yourself some stress and dignity and buy a house with someone else

We brought a house from these never ever again we moved in, in November and we are now in mid March and with a lot of outstanding issues to be rectified the customer service is none existent. They don’t even return your emails or phone calls. And when you do speak to some one they tell you complete lies They send so called tradesman to come and try and sort out any issues out but make it worse as they are always in a rush and only have an hour to do it. I would advise anyone not to buy from Avant homes the finish is shocking it’s like a 15 year old house and Avant is now persimmon homes which says it all. All I can do is advise everyone to stay well clear of this development you will be so disappointed like our selfs stay well clear

When we first stumbled on Cadley Village we instantly fell in love with the development, at the start, we really felt valued and felt that we were given all the information we needed. Until we paid the "non-refundable booking fee" then we were shown the true colours of Avant and what they would do to get a sale. We have been lied to a number of times, given false promises, had to chase daily and worst of all, this was a dream home for us. Following raising our concerns with the Regional Manager, who to be fair did listen to our concerns and say she would do everything she could, and again to be fair she did. The follow up from that by asking to confirm what was agreed in email never materialised, I must have emailed Avant more to chase something up rather than to answer something they openly talk to you about. This was supposed to be an exciting dream home, which will forever now leave a sour taste in our mouths. We are due to complete this week, can't get through to anybody again.. Doesn't exactly fill you with confidence... Service: Home building

Poor service, sales team take weeks to get back to you and it comes across very obvious that they DO NOT CARE. Late on all houses, lie on updates and just all round poor service. Wish i read the reviews on trustpilot before proceeding to buy a house through avant. If you were thinking about purchasing through avant my advice would be don't!
