    I've placed a second order of CAT 5e cables with these guys despite them completely getting my last order wrong and offering no compensation. In this most recent order, Cable Monkey's overpriced couriers decided to deliver it on the wrong day, then have the item sit in their warehouse for a further 5 days with no communication, and lies about a card being left (I checked my CCTV). The delivery was finally re-attempted 5 days later with no communication, and then they delivered it to my neighbour without my consent. I've finally got my package and Cable Monkey have sent the completely wrong items! Again! The same mistake as last time. This company needs to have better quality control and fire their warehouse staff. Absolute joke of a company. I hope they go out of business.
