If i could rate it zero I would. But as you can't il explain why you should not use this company, they must have a very lenient hiring criteria because the woman on the phone this morning was the rudest most condescending person I've ever interacted with. I described the area where I wanted to get picked up to her and all she kept saying was 'i don't know where that is' 'we need a postcode'. What happens if someone doesn't know the area? She kept laughing at me and was extremely unprofessional. Won't be using again.
