    I bought a gas fire as supply only from the Fireplace Studio and my engineer fitted it. The staff at the Studio were very helpful, and the fire was ordered Friday, arrived Monday! Excellent service, and the fire (Ceralis) is superb!

The salesman was not pushy, the surveyor was helpful, polite and quick and the fitters were excellent. Despite being a very busy time of year we were accommodated within a couple of weeks for the service - necessary as our fire had stopped working - and the engineer got our fire going so that worked until the parts arrived a few weeks after that. Communication was good, and the engineer prompt and diligent. We are warm again! Would definitely recommend.
