I placed a reservation for wife our 2 friends and myself using the app 2 days prior to the required time of pick up. The driver arrived on time and in fact was 10 mins early. We went to our friends and we had to wait while they finished getting ready which he didn’t mind. We were then taken on a much better route than I new about which seemed to get us there far quicker than it took me on a previous visit whilst I was driving. The driver was very pleasant.5*’s Forward to end of meal. Driver took us home and we enjoyed company of our friends till 0100 hours where we needed another cab from Rockford to Hockley. Our friends said “you won’t get a cab quickly at this time of night it will takes hours”. I placed a order for a taxi on the app and within 20 min’s the cab was at our door ready to take us home. The driver of this taxi was very personable and smooth driver. 5*’s Our friends are so impressed with the service they have now now loaded the app.

I used the app to book a cab in the morning. When I called the first time 10 mins before it was booked for and no car had been dispatched and was told one would be dispatched. Called again when it did not turn up and was told there were no cars in the area and so they couldn't tell me when I could get a taxi. When I asked why the booking was accepted if they couldn't cover it they just said because you used the app and if you had phoned we wouldn't have taken the booking. How about you don't have an app if you won't actually meet the bookings made on it and also work on your customer service and tell someone they won't get a taxi near the booking and to try somewhere else.
