A Google search and the door both say the store shuts at 3pm. I've tried to visit the store twice at quarter to 3 and they weren't open. No one answered my calls before on either day when I was trying to check if they were open. This has put me off shopping here.

I took 2 Wusthof knives here for sharpening and the came back damaged blades. Both had a concave curve near the hilt, weren't anywhere near sharp, completely wrong angles and had a visibly poor finish. I suspect they're more accustomed to sharpening tools. If you care about your knives do not take them here
