Goods ordered in November for Christmas with stated delivery of 2 weeks still haven’t turned up in 3rd week of January. Customer service and communication has been poor or lacklustre at best. For sure I won’t buy from them again!

Made a purchase online on 27th August, on the 30th I received an email to say there had been an error (no further explanation) and they did not have the item I had ordered. It's now the 16th September and I have still not received a refund for my order. Will not be using this retailer again, suggest to stay away!

Lovely people - popped in there today with my mum to replace a battery for her watch. Not only did they test the original, it was fine but the contacts needed cleaning, they also adjusted the strap for her. No charge. She will be back.

I don't know how these guys do it, but they are absolutely amazing. Fast response times, always answer the phones, always polite and helpful. They really can't do enough to satisfy their customers.
