Unfriendly the lady in the reception. A pressure to drink a coffee quickly. We could not relax and enjoy the weather. They should not treat their customers in a hostile way. Customers should feel welcomed and not put a timer in their phone for 30 minutes. I though that they want customers in the restaurant. Absolutely , unacceptable.
