After a very poor experience with the RAC at the roadside, my vehicle was eventually recovered and taken to CTS where I met with Jayne and my faith was restored. Not only did Jayne make me feel like a valued customer (unlike the RAC) she rang me later that afternoon to confirm the work was completed so I could enjoy the rest of the weekend. I accidentally filled my Diesel car with petrol today, and realised just as I was putting the nozzle back in the pump. I called CTS and they came and towed my car within 30 minutes, and drained my tank, and put some diesel back in to get me home. Really sorted me out today. Really nice guys and really helped me out in a tough spot. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks so much. Very appreciated :)
