We visited today for the first time (to get rat pups for our snake) and have a nosey at the reptiles. Our two boys loved chatting to Josh and asking questions, he was really patient with them and shared his experiences with them. Kind, knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to help - it was hard to leave without another pet, even when only going for equipment for our snake! Called in later in the day to ask advice on an issue we had with our heating set-up and the issue we've had for almost a month was solved at once - I look forward to coming here for equipment, advice and pets in the future!

Just popped in today (12/02/23) to view and enquire about a couple of snakes, very welcoming and knowledgeable, had a really good chat! Ended up leaving with a Green horned frog for my girlfriend (her first pet)! I will be back during the week or weekend to buy the snakes!!
