Despite being told over the phone that I would not be charged for a call out, if no work was carried out. I was charged for the call out. At first they couldn't find the leak, so left the house and told us the best thing to do is keep an eye on it and write down when it happens. Without hotwater or heating for two weeks already in the middle of a cold winter. That was really helpful to hear! Didn't seem to want to work to find the leak as it was "late in the evening" (5pm) despite me taking the ceiling down in the room below for access. Ultimately didn't find or fix the leak but still charged £92 for the advice, 'keep an eye on it". Service: Plumbing leak repair

I called out CS due to a small leak coming through the ceiling. Andy the engineer came out on a Sunday and replaced 2 ballcocks which solved the problem. Extremely fast and efficient service, and friendly and professional engineer - I highly recommend to anyone! Exceptional service compared to other companies I have used. Spoke to Paul on the phone concerning a faulty boiler. Very rude customer service and suggested that I should already know how to top up a boiler because “everyone does”- not sure that’s true or else you wouldn’t be in business and everyone would be an engineer. So difficult and lengthy to get someone round to fix their faulty boiler. Do not use their service, as a student living in shared accom my experience was horrible! Over 3 weeks of no heating and hot water, especially in the cold winter is cruel. Service: Water heater repair
