I recently ordered fabrics and furs through their online shop. They just arrived today, and they look really good! The package was shipped after 10 days, and the customer support was non existent. I sent several emails and never received a reply, and wasn't notified when the package was dispatched via email, but instead had to hunt down that info on the account page on their website, where it didn't even say when it was shipped, but just that it was. Overall it's been a positive experience, but be wary of ordering online.
