I have been there customer for 20 years plus and always enjoyed services dealt by Andrew. Recently, we ordered Milie hob. Waited four months and supposed to be delivered on 21st December. Nobody followed it up. I called then was told revised date 11 thJanuary. Called today then was told 21st January. Tried to ask if they can send the Engineer to fix current one in meantime. Spoke to member of staff and found him incredibly impolite and rude. Not willing to help in any way. Not just that but put the phone down. This kind of person should not be employed in my types of businesses. I don't know whether he is part owner or salesman. Either way, not fit to do any sales. Suresh

I placed a large appliance order for a kitchen supplied from elsewhere. Lee was extremely knowledgeable with excellent communication and very patient while we decided on the right options for us. Well stocked showroom with lots of appliances working which you don't always see. Good to shop with a local company and I feel confident that if there were any issues they would be resolved.
