Not happy at all with the service provided. Paid £1300 to find someone else had moved into property. Moved into another to find myself with no hot water or heating for 2 weeks now. Communication is appalling, constantly have to chase them without even a call back from them to keep me updated!! I still have not been sorted or given a call to keep me informed. Final straw was when I had phone put down on me my a member of staff ( I know name but won’t mention it) First and last time with these!!!

Terrible communication with tenants, actively lie when it suits them. Please don't waste your time with this agency. Seek alternatives at all costs such as Hunters. They have been nothing but excellent with us. Edit: I like how you'll reply to a Google review promptly but not your tenants. We do get in touch with your agency on a regular basis but it takes a whole month to get a reply on a email?
