I Bought a beautiful and well looked after BMW 3 series from C&E Motors. The whole process was made easy by a fantastic sales team in particular Ian who dealt with all my questions and provided all the information I required. Went the extra mile to organise delivery of the car, and even set up my road tax. Brilliant delivery team also, so overall, very impressed with the service. As a distance buyer I was initially wary having not seen the car in person however everything went well, live video walk arounds were welcomed and so far the car is as described and working brilliantly. I saw an XC60 on autotrader that they were selling. That evening I went to look at the car. Ian gave me the keys and left me to look over the car at my leisure and wasn't pushy and didn't hover over me at all. After deciding I wanted the car, we spoke about warranties, etc etc and being happy, I placed a deposit on the car. When I picked the car up, we found that the alloy locking nut key was missing. Without hesitation, Ian told me they would sort it out for me. Overall, a very good and friendly service. I have only had the car two days, but so far the car seems to be exactly as described. A+ **UPDATE 7/3/23** Had the car now for 9 months, and still very happy with it.

Avoid!! Bought the car which already had a fault from them which appeared an easy fix. Turned out it needed 500 pounds of work which they said they would reimburse. When calling up to get money payed to me the person you need to speak to is always busy or not in work. This is a month and a half on!
