Sally who works at the Shirley branch I just can’t praise enough from the moment I stepped into the branch nothing was to much trouble for her. She is kind, considerate, and most helpful made me feel at ease. Right up to be day if the funeral when I rang to ask if I could change something around she got on the case and sorted it.
