I’ve been eating veggie Indian ready meals from the supermarket for over 30 years and not really enjoyed any, ever. Tonight I had a ByRuby aubergine and paneer korma and it was magnificent. So bye bye Tesco, Marks, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose.

I have just had the chicken and leek with bacon pie.....it looked to be a very small portion before I popped it in the oven...tasted a bit like a child's meal ....chicken a bit dry.....and not something I'm looking to buy again.I did buy a lasagne and cottage pie and a couple of other meals in this range but after eating the pie I'm not impressed..The cottage pie has a very small piece of what looks like potato on the top whereas normally the whole top layer would be mashed potato and the taste was not good it lingered and was salty.. It was an orange coloured meal where I couldn't taste the meat just Worcester sauce flavouring. These meals are also I think very expensive when I consider the portion and taste.I would expect for this premium price a more superior meal .

We were initially bought these as a parental leave gift for baby 2, and were really impressed with the quality of these meals so much so we bought another parent bundle as in the first month we’ve had Illnesses and chicken pox to contend with so knowing we had nutritious meals at the ready was such a godsend! Would definitely recommend. Also customer service is fab as we had an issue with one delivery and they sorted straight away.
