BWH Events provided a stalky dance floor, matching DJ booth, DJ, starlit backdrop, postbox and Photo Booth. They were all set up by the time we had got back for our reception and they made the room look beautiful. Professional and easy to deal with throughout, would highly recommend!

Hired garden games through BWH for our August wedding, and there was a great choice, with the process being nice and simple. We were able to create our own package of 5 games to be delivered and collected on the day - which was seamless. Only downfall we had were 2 of the 5 games we ordered were missing (and only 1 was replaced with something else), and we had no prior warning about this. It wasn't a huge deal as the guests were none the wiser, but certain games had been chosen for a reason so it was a little bit disappointing. However, I emailed the team after the event and their customer service in response to this was great - thank you.

We hired a range of different items from BWH for our wedding. The DJ package including the light up dance floor, giant initial letters and up lighters made the whole room look amazing and really brought everything together. We loved being able to create a playlist online before the day too. The retro arcade machines were loved by our guests and got so much use! The selfie pod was another favourite amongst our guests - we can’t wait to get the Dropbox file with all of the photos!! Communication was great and delivery/drop off were efficient. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BWH and would absolutely use you again in the future. Thanks for making our day so special!

Doug and his team were amazingly professional and organised and gave us the most perfect set up for our wedding reception in Poole, Dorset. From day one they have been so approachable and had to deal with us rescheduling our wedding twice thanks to covid however nothing was too much trouble for them. We had the full wedding package which our guests throughly enjoyed especially the photo booth and sweet cart. The disco was great and everyone had a really good time. We can’t thank BWH events enough for all they did! 💕🍿🍾

I contacted BWH events to arrange chair covers for my daughter’s big birthday party 3 months in advance, I explained the details of what I needed and was given a cost per unit, I was told to get back in touch closer to the time with the final numbers in order to confirm the booking. A week before the party, I contacted them to finalise the booking only to be given a final invoice £60 higher than the original agreed price, when I questioned this, I was told that there was a minimum order value charge, delivery and vat which hadn’t been included before? I can understand that companies need to charge for delivery/set up but they wanted to charge £25 for a 4 mile delivery?!? It’s just not unreasonable. I tried to raise my concerns with Lucy as the event was a week away and I was stuck and I got very poor responses with an attitude of “if you don’t like it, go elsewhere” instead of apologising for misquoting/misguiding the customer and trying to make it right. Needless to say that in the end, we decided to go elsewhere, we’re now using another local company which surprisingly charged the same amount per unit but the price includes vat, delivery and set up. The whole experience felt like a scam!
