So you’ve signed up to a service to reduce your risk and avoid extra costs that come with ownership. Turns out none of that really adds up to what they promise. The first issue came when the bike was delivered. The delivery driver asked me if I understood the terms and conditions if the bike was stolen etc. Obviously other customers had complained they weren’t told about the fees up front. You can find them in the FAQs if you’re happy to dig them out. It turned out the big green theft protection label on the website was nonsense. If it's stolen you might as well own it outright. I was told I would have to pay £300 if I locked it up properly (the insurance excess), and the full price of the bike if it wasn't. This would be fine if it was actually possible to lock it up in the way they instructed was "correct". Having tried it a couple of times (D-lock forced through a wheel, the rack and something solid. It barely fits.) I decided it wouldn’t be worth locking up outside from now one. Kind of defeated a lot of the reason I went for it. The fees are pretty extensive if the bike gets damaged, even if it’s outside of your control. You could easily end up paying for the bike outright anyway. Now that I’ve asked to leave. They’ve charged me a £95 final payment - pretty hefty some might say. I remember them saying there was a £10 collection fee. And you have to give 1 month notice, I was paying £65 a month. So worst case scenario I was expecting £75 a month. But when you get to that last page there’s an extra "pro-rata" fee I had no idea about. Genuinely not sure if they’d just made it up. Because of the 1 month notice they also disable the leave button which just feels like intentional sneaky website design. Most websites let you give your intention to cancel as soon as you wish to. I tried to call their customer service with the one provided by google to discuss the extra fee. Number is not in service. I don’t fancy wasting my time emailing back and forth.

Good bike for great price. I couldn’t leave my bike outside after moving to a flat so I’m storing my bike in storage and riding with Buzz bike. Very good breaks, gears works well. I double lock it at night on st. So far so good. Easy process to get the bike

Hi i am looking to rent from buzz bike but i have a question regarding the Ebike so there are some ebikes that are only pedal assist so the motor will only run when you pedal and there are some ebikes that are rev and go so you you can pedal sometimes or you can ride it like a motor cycle. I wanted to know which Ebike do buzz bike provide
