Great company. I've ordered about 4 times now, relatively large orders. Everything is always packed properly with nothing missing. The products are always great quality. Good to see a company and staff that hold themselves to high standards. They usually email out a free offer every week too which is a pleasant surprise, it's usually quite generous too - like a kg of a product. It's good being able to go on one website and get most of what you need. Lots of organic options too. Lime juice would be good too if this is a possibility to stock? 😁

We do a big order of nuts, dried fruits and all kinds of healthy breakfast bits almost once a month when we were living in Amsterdam. We just moved to England and this has been the best replacement we could find. The foods are quality and I have never had a broken bag or something that was off. I have already ordered three parcels and been always highly satisfied with products and delivery. Some rare pearls can be found here for good price, like for example organic puffed amaranth (I couldn't find it anywhere else in the UK), dry powdered beetroot, lovage seeds and different types of dried mushrooms 😋 I will definitely buy more stuff in the future!

Incredibly disappointed with the recent customer service at Buy Whole Foods Online. I have been trying to get in touch with them for a few days now because I never received my order from the courier and I would like a refund or for my order to be delivered ASAP. With the phone line disconnected, I've tried the chat and email and have not received a response from anyone. This is ridiculous! The Parcelforce tracking said it was delivered and I contacted them and they've sent me a photo of the delivery. They delivered it to a house with an orange door when I live in a flat with a navy door.
