Bought 5kg-s received 4.5kg with the box. I wrote an email to them respectfully that I understand dry ice is tricky to store and it evaporates, but please send more to make sure when I receive it I got what I paid for. Without saying sorry they said they cannot guarantee how the courier stores the dry ice. I bought an other 10kg-s I received 7.2kg with the box. (big box so probably 6.5kg) I sent an other email, explained that over 30% is missing and I paid for 100%. They avoided to use the magical words again("sorry for the inconvenience" or something) But they started to explain that dry ice is a gas and they cannot slow down the sublimation. I found it disrespectful, rude and NOT CORRECT!

Didn’t receive goods so phoned to complain and ask for a refund. I was it wasn’t their problem as it was the courier’s fault and therefore they wouldn’t issue a refund. I’ll be taking this matter further and advice other people to avoid this company!

Paid for premium saturday delivery before 6pm. Dry ice did not arrive. Tried to call them several times and their telephone keeps disconnecting. I would give zero if I could. Avoid this retailer- Ive used many more reliable suppliers but this one had saturday service so I thought I would give them a go. This has now really let me down and set me back financially and caused reputational damage to my business. I will be seeking compensation.
