Reported to Trading Standards and ICO for data protection breach. READ ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS they are accurate but BEWARE THEY WILL PUBLISH YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS ON THE WEB! If I could give NO STARS I would. Also trading as Buy and Sell Your Car - Marble Arch, Mayfair Service Center and Mayfair Motor Solutions . Saturday 21 January collected a Corsa 65 plate from this car dealership. After travelling 5 miles I was unable to put the car in any gears. I had to put the hazards on, switch off the engine and try starting again. I called the dealership straight away and they did not answer the phone so I sent a WhatsApp message - no response. The dealership sent out a mechanic Monday 23 January who confirmed that there was a problem with the clutch.

Awful service, the management are highly unprofessional! Was told the vehicle had been serviced a month before collection, however when taking the car to my local garage, found out it had not been serviced in years. I then got it serviced and persued the matter with management to be reimbursed for the service. Their response was that I had overpaid for the service and they would not cover it, which was very surprising for a company which sells, so called high end cars. Rather then accept fault for lying about the service they would rather blame the customer for getting a service else where. They also spoke in a very immature and highly unprofessional manner, it’s like dealing with a teenager. I have spoken to my solicitor and will be taking legal action.
