Highly recommended company. Zak responded promptly to my support call on the same day, visited onsite and rapidly diagnosed the problem with a faulty power cable to the garage. He was unable to fix on the day due to the size of the job which would include digging up the cable, but diagnosed the problem thoroughly, gave great advice regarding the options for ultimately resolving, and did not charge for the callout. Zak came out last night to my 80 year old Nan who was in complete darkness with no electrics at all. He came out at 7pm and got her power on again and found an issue. Unfortunately my nans electric went again and Zak was straight back out at 7am this morning to help her. He then came back at tea time with a spare part. All this was done with the up most professionalism and patience. He also wouldn't accept any money from her, he just wanted to help. Definitely recommend and wouldn't use anyone else now!!
