Despite COVID-19 restrictions, my pond liner and textile liner was delivered before the projected delivery date. The support and guidance pre-delivery was excellent. Additional emails helped in deciding where to place the package before unrolling the contents. With the butyl wrapped safely in the textile, the task of locating everything in place couldn't have been easier. A great company to deal with, all the staff whether by phone or email were very courteous and more than willing to help.

Have just purchased a large pond liner, the information provided both on-line and via customer services was excellent. The goods came well wrapped and looking forward to installing the pond. Top tip use their protective underlay to avoid punctures to liner. It's very strong indeed.
