I ordered a bed frame made with custom fabric and a mattress. The bed frame is lovely & I am very happy with it. Delivery times were quite long but that was very understandable given I ordered mid-2021 and there were lots of supply issues due to the pandemic affecting most businesses. Customer service were really helpful with access too, I have a staircase with some tight turns and was worried about getting the order upstairs so I sent a lot of photos and they let me know whether they thought it would fit. The delivery people were great, efficient. I had quality issues on the mattress side, and I was worried that I’d have to just put up with it because I went past the returns window but Button and Sprung were good about dealing with the problem. I guess all companies have issues occasionally and overall I can’t fault the way my complaint was dealt with. I never had to chase to get a resolution, they apologised and were proactive in trying to fix things for me. They got me a third replacement mattress sent out and followed up with me after the fact.

I had put a deposit down on a similar bed through another company but after reading lots of awful reviews cancelled my order. I found Button and Sprung by Googling the bed I wanted and was very impressed by all the reviews so thought hopefully 2nd time lucky.! From dealing with Charlotte on the phone when enquiring about the bed I wanted I thought yes this is more like it ! her customer service was very professional knowledgeable and friendly , she sent me a fabric sample of the finish I wanted and I called the next day to order. The logistics team were great sorting out delivery and the 2 guys that came to put the bed together were very swift respectful of my property and put the bed together very quickly and i am super happy with the bed and my overall experience with Button and Sprung . Fantastic service . VERY IMPRESSED! many Thanks

Could not rate Button and Sprung more highly. If I could give them ten stars I would. I highly recommend visiting the show room as they are so helpful, we ordered a King Size Burdock divan and changed the size of the headboard, we also selected the most beautiful fabric. Button and Sprung kindly stored the bed once it was made until we were ready for delivery. The delivery service was also ten stars, we have a really awkward cottage and the delivery men got the bed through our window, they went above and beyond to ensure we had our bed. I’m already looking to purchase another for the guest bedroom! Thank you so much!

Ordered a single bed frame for my daughters room. It was great that you could change the height of the headboard so I chose the lowest one. It was delivered within about 5 weeks which was fairly quick considering other stores were quoting about 12 weeks! The bed came a few days ago and it looks amazing! Superb quality. Really well built and I'm sure will last for many years.

We have now bought three items from Button and Sprung (2 x mattresses and now a headboard). We have been consistently impressed by the quality of all of the products. We visited the showroom on Queenstown Road and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I also like the approach of not doing "promotions" and keeping simple, honest pricing.

Attended the showroom yesterday to buy a new natural mattress. We received a very friendly welcome from Vanessa where explained very well all the different materials used in the manufacturing process and where they are sourced from. She then proceeded to talk us through the different options before leaving us to enjoy trying all the different beds, which are amazingly comfortable and we ordered one whilst in store. Whilst I cannot yet comment on the delivery or living with a button and sprung mattress, I can say our experience in the shop was a fantastic one and we found Vanessa very friendly, knowledgeable and the right amount of helpful whilst also leaving us to explore for ourselves
