I asked about products being used and Sue knew nothing about them. I had a hot stone massage, Indian head and facial. I checked for certificates of training when getting dressed but there were none on display and I didn’t recognise products. I had lower back pain and a bruise on my head for a few days afterwards. afterwards. The 3 treatments took less than an hour. I noticed my voucher was cashed in 3 days before I was due to have treatment which I thought a bit odd.

I bought a voucher from groupon for a head massage and reflexology massage. The therapist was obviously distracted and I could hear her writing with one hand whilst 'massaging' me with the other - although it didn't really feel like a massage - just a light touch. When she seemed to be concentrating it was great, but that didn't seem to be very often. I found it very disconcerting for her to be very distracted and writing things down whilst delivering a service I have paid for - maybe it's because I paid less using groupon? The head massage also lasted about 30 seconds which I don't think counts? Altogether - didn't get what I expected and wouldn't recommend getting a voucher for this service through groupon. It would also have been nice to have been offered a glass of water.
