What amenities are included in the cottage rental?

Our cottage rentals come fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, living area, and bedroom(s). We also provide linens and towels, basic toiletries, and kitchen utensils. Additionally, each cottage has access to its own outdoor space with seating and a barbecue grill.

Is there a minimum or maximum stay requirement?

Yes, there is a minimum stay requirement of two nights. During peak season, which is typically May through September, there is a minimum stay requirement of three nights. We do not have a maximum stay requirement, so guests are welcome to stay as long as they'd like.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of the cancellation. If a guest cancels more than 30 days prior to their scheduled arrival date, they will receive a full refund. If a guest cancels within 30 days of their arrival date, they will forfeit their deposit. In the case of a no-show or early departure, the guest will be charged for the full reservation.

Are there any additional fees or charges not included in the rental price?

There is a cleaning fee of $50 per stay, and a refundable security deposit of $100. The security deposit will be returned to the guest within 7 days of their departure, provided there is no damage to the property.

How do I access the property and what is the check-in/check-out process?

Upon booking, guests will receive an email with detailed directions to the property, as well as a code to access the keyless entry system. Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 11am. We ask that guests respect these times to ensure that we have adequate time to prepare the cottage for our next guests. If you need to make alternate arrangements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
