"Butler West was the electrical contractor to the builder who refurbished my bathroom. Two years down the road the extractor fan failed. Contacted Butler West who moved so fast I was the one out of breath. Within 48 hours a replacement fan was delivered from the manufacturer timed to coincide with Butler West man who installed it. Diagnosis – faulty fan, shouldn’t have failed, no charge. Now, two years down the road, that’s service, and yes, there was a smile as well! Unreservedly recommended for anything with wires”
