They helped identify a relay for a 2004 french installed webasto water heater. OEM parts (Hella) only available in Israel but their tips lead me to a Lucas SRB502, commonly available in UK for less than half the price. No money in this for Butler Technik but they were happy to help all the same.

Superb customer service even though I wasn't even an actual purchasing customer. Steve spent a long while on the phone with me to help me sort a problem with my heater, now fixed and no charge...... when I need new parts or an upgrade I will definitely be going here.....
