I’ve eaten here on many occasions and never had a problem, but last night I ordered a take away and my chicken smelt off, it wasn’t crispy and was inedible. My partner even asked for a bite of my burger and said it smelt off. We ordered a kids meal, Mac and cheese, and bbq burger. Very disappointed and definitely will never order from here again.

Best chicken burger in London. The buffalo burger melts in your mouth and is incredibly tender and flakey. Wings were good but burger steals the show for me. Quick service, plenty of seats and great atmosphere. Vegetarian options: Vegan options available

I ordered the Chicken burger meal (OG burger). The chicken portion was massive and far too big for its brioche bun to be an actual burger. The chicken was nicely coated but the meat inside was slightly too pink for my liking. Size isn’t everything. Unfortunately, I was unable to eat more than then a few bites. Also the chicken could have been better seasoned. Don’t expect to find a blend of herbs and spices like KFC. It’s actually very plain. On the plus side the chips were tasty and identical to Five Guys but portion was tiny.

Not great at all. Not really sure how they got this rating. The chicken sandwich looks nothing like the one advertised on their LED screens. Also the staff look like they'd rather do anything but be there. Wearing gloves and a hat while handling food is nothing if you have a giant beard without a net. I was really put off by a few people in there.

Update (2/5) The place started strong but it's going downhill fast and it shows. Every time I walk in front of the shop it's almost always completely empty and the staff is always different. Gone are the chicken thigh fillets from the sandwiches, they're replaced with chicken tenders which are not as meaty and you're basically eating a sandwich with a ton of batter and bit of chicken. The chicken itself no longer tastes of buttermilk and is a bit sinewy which tells me the quality is dropping as well. It's very unfortunate as I used to frequently recommend the place to friends of mine, but now I don't feel comfortable doing it. The only reason I don't give a lower rating is because the bread is actually pretty great and the sauces are still very nice. I'll give it another shot in a month or two. Initial review (4/5) Nice and clean little place with comfortable seating. The lady on the till was super friendly and was very helpful with our questions. The food was really good. We had buffalo wings and chicken sandwiches. The wings were straight up great, the dredge was crispy and light with a bit of black pepper heat to it. Structurally sound, the dredge not falling off the wing and the meat itself was nice and juicy and you could actually taste the tang of the buttermilk. My only complaint is that I'd prefer the wing to be tossed in the buffalo sauce, it'd most likely be the best wing going around. I also had the OG sandwich. Very nice and soft bun, crispy shredduce, special sauce and pickles. I quite enjoyed this sandwich, however the chicken got lost at times. Especially at the corner bits, most of the bite was dredge. But overall was really nice and I'd happily visit again. The area needed a legit good fried chicken shop. Kudos

The best chicken burgers in town, love the cheesy rider burger and cheese fries. Only thing that would make them even better is to make them more saucy. The manager, Sylvia, has always been really helpful if anything isn’t up to scratch.
