  Sian is an excellent wedding planner, she is everything we expected and needed her to be! Having a Hindu wedding with western elements didn't phase Sian who had done them before, and it showed and she was very knowledgable and the day was perfect! Through the whole process she kept us focused, added in personal touches and ideas and saved us money where possible. She has a friendly demeanour and always goes the extra mile. Your wedding day is one of the happiest days of your lives, not only did Sian deliver on that, but she made it a totally stress free day for us. If you want someone organised, meticulous and attentive, go with Sian!

  Fairly late on in the process, my wife to be Anna and I began to realise that we had probably bitten off more than we could chew in trying to arrange our rustic October wedding celebration at our local Windmill, to be followed by an all night celebration and party for 140 plus guests at our small home (requiring the logistics and organisation worthy of a small army!). Fortunately for us we found Sian at Busy Brides, who, even with a little over 4 months until our happy day, immediately put us at ease and got to work helping to organise and arrange every aspect of our wedding. Nothing was too much trouble. Problems were fixed before they even surfaced thanks to Sian’s encyclopaedic knowledge of suppliers, options and endless suggestions, and we were introduced to some of the most incredible people and amazing services - from the best food and drink, catering options, bar and serving staff, wedding design and incredible styling through to the band, marquees, tipis and toilets needed to cater for everyone. Sian supported us brilliantly throughout and dealt with our every worry and concern. As it turns out, we needn’t have worried at all as everything came together perfectly on the day, beautifully choreographed, and exactly how we wanted it - all thanks to Sian. It takes a special person to be able to capture a complex vision and help create an amazing venue at home, on a budget, in such a short time, and to make this a day that we will love and cherish and everyone else will remember for many years to come. Throughout the journey, Sian dealt with us as friends rather than clients, because that’s how she is with everyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you to our wonderful Sian. as cliched as it is, we couldn’t have done it without you, and we only managed it because of you! We truly had the best day ever - and everyone that came seems to say the same too!

  Sian was fantastic - sourced great suppliers, a beautiful venue and incredibly organised on the big day so we could enjoy our wedding without a worry. Would 100% recommend her. We found Sian on hitched - we had calls with three well reviewed wedding planners in total and decided to go with Sian because she immediately made us feel at ease, was warm and bubbly and fun to talk to, and has experience with cross-cultural weddings like ours. We started out not really knowing what we wanted (1 event? 2? Big? Small? Destination? Local?) and Sian patiently guided us through and sourced venue options that helped us narrow down what we were looking for. Sian did all the hard work on sourcing venue and suppliers so we could simply show up, look around and say yes or no, and always choose from a small, manageable number of options so it was a perfect balance between having options to choose from but not being overwhelmed or not knowing where to start. Sian was available pretty much 24/7 despite having lots of weddings on at all times, super responsive, always positive and a pleasure to chat to, and went above and beyond for us. She miraculously managed to keep us on budget, even making some savings in stationary by getting things printed herself and shipped to us. We asked her lots of silly questions (are party favours still a thing?) and she sorted things out we wouldn't have thought about (how will the bride arrive unseen). On the day itself, the venue looked fantastic, the guests loved it and we got compliments on how well run the day was, with no dull moments. Sian was incredibly organised and efficient meaning we could simply relax and enjoy our day.

  I had the pleasure to work with Sian in the run up to and during the course of our wedding day. I can wholeheartedly recommend Sian for both the help in wedding planning and for on the day coordination. Sian provides the well needed “sanity check” throughout the process. She is very transparent in the way she works and you can trust her to give you an honest advice based on her best judgement. She also ensured our wedding day ran smoothly which allowed us to truly enjoy it. Overall we had a great experience working with Sian and can most certainly recommend her.

  Must have a Sian in your wedding! Absolutely fabulous first rate wedding planner! We had the wedding of our dreams, all thanks to Sian. She helped pick the venue, suppliers and followed up with them all. She saved us a lot of time. We got to see Sian in action on the wedding day and she dealt with so many things that cropped up with precision, kindness and efficiency. We felt relaxed as Sian took care of everything. Although its an extra cost having a wedding planner it was definitely worth it as she gave us so much help and tips we would have never known. She also saved us money, so it end up balancing it out in terms of costs, so we would highly recommend Sian.

  Sian @ BusyBrides was recommended to us and she was the best wedding planner we could have hoped to find. She is super-organised, a great communicator and has loads of very good connections with suppliers in the wedding world, particularly for Asian weddings as in our case. But what made it brilliant working with her is that we got on so well. Sian has a lovely sense of humour and we were all able to see the funny side in everything. She is also pragmatic and not easily offended (if you don't choose her supplier) and clearly just wants you to have the best day she can help you organise. 100% genuine and big-hearted to boot. If you're looking for a wedding planner who is fantastic at her job, who you can have a laugh with along the way, then Sian is the planner for you!

  Where on earth do I begin, having Sian as our wedding planner was the best decision we ever made! She is the kindest soul and helped make our wedding an absolute dream. If you're reading this review, you have found your perfect wedding planner. Sian kept us on track with regular catch ups and went above and beyond during the whole wedding planning process and during the wedding day itself. If I could give more stars I would. She is more than our wedding planner, she us our dear friend. I will definitely be recommending her to all my friends for years to come. We just can't thank Sian enough for all she has done.

  We can't recommend Sian enough; she was indispensable in delivering our perfect wedding day. Exceptionally organised and very detail-oriented, she made sure all the vendors were aligned and executed our vision for the reception so that when we arrived from the ceremony at another venue everything was arranged perfectly. She kept on top of the timetable, allowing us to just enjoy the day. She was very thoughtful and listened to what we actually wanted from her rather than a package.Worth every penny!

  I don't even know where to begin - Sian was abolsutely incredible from start to finish. In the planning stage, she had so many good ideas to make our wedding the special day it was, and took the leg work out of finding the best possible suppliers for us. We liked her so much that we asked her to be our celebrant, which she did brilliantly and with so much warmth. On the day itself, Sian quietly made everything run like clockwork so that we could enjoy everything without any stress. I have no idea where she finds the energy to do what she does, but if you are planning a wedding, we have no hesitation in saying that Sian is the best person we can imagine to accompany you on your journey.

  Sian is such a wonderful lady, simply impeccable in every way. An enquiry was made to us to attend a wedding to provide desserts, Sian was then in contact with us on behalf of the Bride and Groom to make arrangements for the wedding day, she made everything so easy and smooth for us, we was welcomed with open arms and her communication was amazing. If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further than Sian, she is wonderful.
