Place is pretty hard to locate when you're not local, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The lady helped me choose my first crochet and gave a brief advice how to correctly choose a yarn to my crochet. The other lady was knitting in the shop what I find adorable

I really love this little shop. I almost always go here for me cross stitch thread. The staff are always helpful, friendly and chatty. The framing service is pricey but worth it as she does such a lovely job, I have in the past used the market framing service but the lady busy fingers uses is so much better.

Really pleased this shop has survived the pandemic, both me and all of my friends rely on it. The people who work there are really pleasant and approachable and will always try and answer any questions, far better than buying online and also much cheaper (just bought some Bonus double knit for £1.75, can't find it cheaper elsewhere including the web). Fantastic selection of yarn, patterns and buttons so I now won't go anywhere else. Keep going Busy Fingers !!!!

I bought 10 green buttons 10 pink buttons and 10 white buttons the other week. When I got home I only had 8 white buttons. The green and pink were the right amount. Didn't go back as I have no proof he gave me 2 short. So now I order online. I also order wool online as its cheaper he has put his prices up recently. I used this shop for years. The owner always seems to be in a bad mood. It's a shame as I like to use local shops but also like value for money.
