My eldest son started at 9 months and he is about to leave pre school to start school and I have never had any doubt in the level of care and learning my child has received at Busy Bees Gillingham Brompton. Every room he has been in to the staff have been incredible and so friendly and loyal to my son, he has thrived attending here and I still remember when we first viewed the nursery, it was 'the one'. Every room is equipped for the age group and the garden spaces are incredible, each having their own garden. The management team have always been prompt to help answer any questions or concerns we had, and when my son had a major accident, the whole team helped look after him and support his time through recovery; they even sent a Build a Bear gift to make him feel better. I'm so pleased with the nursery that we have sent our second son here, currently in babies room and thriving from attending, especially being a 'lockdown baby' who barely met another person when he first started, he is social and funny and loves attending this setting, and what's nice is all the staff welcome both children, not just the staff that are in their rooms.

My littlen has settled in really quick, and the staff keep me aware of his daily activities. I've had one incident where he wasn't well and due to chinese whispers my emergency contact was told I was aware she had collected him when no one had actually spoke to me. Otherwise all staff are aware of the difficulties I'm currently going through and are on top of my boy's safety at all times
